Based in Melbourne, we work with forward thinking, dynamic agencies seeking an alternative to traditional real estate support services. By outsourcing non-dollar productive activities to our experienced administration team; our clients can spend more time on what they do best.
Founded in 2014, Agent Admin was born out of an increasing demand for guidance across the operational, technological and business management aspects involved in running a successful agency.

Our Done-For-You Administration services are modularised and can be customised to fit your agency’s needs. Whether you’re starting up a new agency and looking for a complete administration solution; or you’re already up and running but want to outsource a particular aspect of your business.
MODULE ONE: SALES ADMINISTRATION & MARKETING
As ‘running partners’ to busy teams, we manage the day-to-day tasks that come with listing and selling property. Handling everything from setting up a new listing file, to property marketing materials, inspection times, online updates, sales file processing and sales team reporting.
MODULE TWO: SALES TRUST ACCOUNTING
Working with millions of dollars held in trust is a sensitive matter that needs careful management. Our intricate knowledge of the trust accounting process and record keeping requirements give agency owners peace of mind. We manage all trust accounting matters from daily receipting and reconciliations, to deposit releases, agency disbursements and end of month.
MODULE THREE: RENTALS TRUST ACCOUNTING
For most agencies the rent roll is their most valuable asset. Ensuring Landlords are paid on time and correctly is essential to a smoothly run department. We work closely with Property Managers to deliver a seamless service to clients. Similar to our Sales Trust Accounting module, we handle all trust accounting matters from daily receipting and reconciliations, to creditor bills entry, regular disbursements and end of month.
module four: GENERAL ACCOUNTING
Bookkeeping can be time consuming and complex. We work together with your Accountant to maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring your corporate obligations are met at all times. Accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, payroll, superannuation contributions, payroll tax lodgement and management reporting are just some of the bookkeeping tasks we handle for agencies.
module fIVE: HUMAN RESOURCES
Delivering a seamless recruitment and induction process is foundational to a strong professional relationship between employer and employee. We manage all administrative (non-legal) aspects starting from your employee’s first day on the job. We help agencies collate employee file documentation, set up software access, conduct onboarding training and co-ordinate team member exits.

Since Agent Admin’s inception, Stephanie and the Agent Admin team have worked together with more than 150 real estate businesses and well in excess of two thousand real estate agents across Australia; systemising and streamlining their business operations.
A Licensed Estate Agent with nearly 18 years experience across all facets of agency operations spanning general management, sales, property management and technology; together with a formal education in law. Stephanie and the team bring a wealth of knowledge and skill set to agencies that is second to none.
